Opening systems and capacities - what we install and how much they hold
Each system is sized per project. The capacities below are those published by the manufacturers, for the systems we work with:
Tilt-and-turn windows - Roto NX - sash up to 150 kg
Parallel slide (PSK) - Roto Patio Alversa - up to 200 kg
Lift & slide (HS) - Siegenia Portal HS - sash up to 400 kg
Folding (Fold) - Roto Patio Fold - 100 kg per sash
Sliding windows - Hautau Atrium HKS - up to 200 kg
Heavy door hinges - Simonswerk VARIANT VX - up to 400 kg
The components comply with the manufacturer's European standards: EN 13126 for tilt-and-turn and sliding hardware, EN 1527 for sliding and folding systems. We select the exact system based on sash weight, dimensions, and the desired opening type.

Upon request, we configure door hardware with RC2 or RC3 burglary resistance according to EN 1627.
It is the ideal solution for entry doors to houses and apartments. The hardware configuration is documented with the order—useful for home insurance claims as well.
Concealed hardware for wooden windows - why it is increasingly requested
Fully concealed hardware radically transforms the appearance of a window or door. From the outside, absolutely nothing is visible - no hinges, no mechanism. The window seems to float in the frame. This solution was once reserved exclusively for top architectural projects. Today, however, we frequently install it in private homes that want a clean design without unnecessary visible elements.
From a technical point of view, concealed hardware is mounted in the inner rebate of the wood profile. It does not create structural weaknesses, does not affect tightness, and requires the same maintenance as classic hardware. The only requirement is precise execution to the millimetre - something we do as standard in our factory.

The level of burglar resistance depends on the combination of hardware, glass, wood species, dimensions, and installation - we determine the choice of components together.
